Capture the Moment​ - Painting Day Workshop

Saturday 16th August at Main Street Art Studios

10.30am to 12.30 (morning) and 2pm to 4pm (afternoon).

 

Fee: €70 euro per participant

 

Materials that each artist should bring: 

• One Canvas (size: approximately 50cm x 40cm)

• Oil paints (preferably), although the course is also useful to acrylics.

• Easel

John Jermyn is an artist and art tutor whose proximity to the sea has deeply influenced his work. His paintings explore and interpret landscapes, ranging from calm shorelines to stormy seas. They offer an initial glimpse of the subject but then invite viewers to explore something deeper and more expansive. His connection to nature has shaped him into a distinctive and forward-thinking painter.
