Waiver of Liability

There might be risks associated with any physical activity. By participating in any classes, workshops or other activities at Scene on the Green, you represent that you are in reasonable physical condition and have no medical condition which would prevent your participation in such activities. You acknowledge and assume all risk of injuries or damages from such activities, whether known or unknown; and you knowingly and voluntarily waive all claims against Kenmare Marketing and Events Group and any of the participating volunteers and instructors, for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in such activities.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

Please note: before buying tickets it's really important to double check all the event details and make sure you're 100% happy before going ahead.

 

Cancelled Events – Scene on the Green will automatically process a full refund to the card you used to buy your tickets with if you have purchased online. 

Rescheduled Events - If your event is rescheduled you will hear from us directly and your tickets will remain valid.

Refund Policy - Tickets are not refunded but you can make a friend happy with your ticket! The event will take place irrespective of the weather. Acts and schedules are subject to change without notice.

 

Photo and Video Release

By attending and participating in the events at Scene on the Green, you consent to have your photo and/or video taken and agree to allow the event organisers, Kenmare Marketing and Events Group to use the same for promotional purposes.

 

Terms & Conditions Changes

Kenmare Marketing and Events Group also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.

Check-in

Check in for each event is required at our reception tent. You need to have your ticket either on your smartphone or as print out. Latecomers may not be admitted to the performance. Please allow sufficient time for traffic and parking delays.

Please come early. We do expect some queueing at the check-in area.

What to bring!

For the Wellbeing events in the morning, please bring your own yoga mat. The events are under cover but are subject to the elements, therefore it is highly recommended that you bring warm clothing and a blanket for all events. Seating is provided but feel free to bring a cushion for comfort.

 

Pricing

Tickets vary for each event, please check each event information before purchasing.

 

Credit/Debit Card Charge

A fee of 2.5% of the total transaction value will be added to all credit/debit card transactions. This charge relates to the transactional costs imposed by the website booking system by your credit or debit card company for the use of your card in making this payment.

Online booking is provided by Wix, a leading provider of secure online ticketing solutions.

Other Terms

The management reserves the right to change or cancel the advertised programme.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Mobile phones/pagers should be switched off before entering the auditorium.
